Which option suits you

For your own pace, compare individual admission and its inclusions: ticket types differ. A guided visit may suit you if you want context and a led route; check the language, meeting point and whether the guide accompanies you inside. The activity name alone does not explain everything you are buying.

Towers: a separate decision

Adding a tower is not simply extending the indoor walk. Check age and mobility restrictions and descent conditions before choosing it. Availability can depend on venue conditions. Do not purchase a tower option for the whole group without checking that everyone can and wants to do that part.

Fitting it into your day

Book the main visit first, then plan meals and transport. Passeig de Gràcia offers modernist façades but is not beside the basilica entrance: leave a margin. For guided visits, distinguish the meeting point from individual admission entrances. Save your voucher and check what identification your ticket requires.

What you can enjoy without entering

Walking around the surrounding streets lets you see the façades from outside. This is not a substitute for seeing the interior or free entry to the venue. If tickets are unavailable or you prefer to spend elsewhere, combine the walk with Eixample and use our Gaudí route to order your stops.
