About Ayuda Turística
Ayuda Turística is a travel website operated by Margin Capital SLU. It combines independent walking itineraries with optional activities booked through Civitatis. It is not Madrid's official tourism office.
How the guides are prepared
We organise practical information into suggested routes and day plans, using official tourism and venue information for reference. These are researched guides, not personal reviews of visits we claim to have taken. Sources and review dates are shown where relevant. Prices in the activity catalogue are checked snapshots, not live quotations.
Corrections and contact
If you find a changed opening time, a broken link or another error, email contacto@ayudaturistica.com with the page and the detail to check. Please do not send booking passwords or payment information.

Bookings and affiliate links
Ayuda Turística presents travel activities and services. Bookings take place on Civitatis, where you select dates and options and confirm prices, availability, inclusions, tour language and cancellation terms. We do not collect card details or take payment for these bookings.
We may receive a commission for bookings attributed to our affiliate links. The applicable booking conditions are those displayed by Civitatis before you book.
Prices are indicative and dated in the catalogue. They are not updated in real time. Some activities are seasonal. Listings are translated for convenience; this does not guarantee that a tour runs in English. Links open verified Spanish Civitatis pages.
Our own transfer service is coming soon and cannot yet be booked. Third-party transfers listed on Civitatis are a separate service. Photos and trademarks belong to Civitatis and their respective owners.
Privacy
The public catalogue does not require an account and has no booking forms. When you follow a Civitatis link, you leave this site and that provider's terms and privacy policy apply.
Activity photos load from Civitatis, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical logs to deliver and protect the website.
We count booking-link clicks in aggregate by day, activity, page section, website language and link source, such as reception. These counters do not store IP addresses, email addresses or visitor identifiers and do not use tracking cookies. Clicks are not bookings or commissions.
If you email us, Margin Capital SLU uses your address and message to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, handle pre-contract requests. We do not automatically use messages for advertising. Email is managed through IONOS. We retain correspondence as needed to respond and handle related obligations or claims.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or, where applicable, portability by emailing contacto@ayudaturistica.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Page-view counts
We count public page loads by day, page and a broad source category when available. We do not store raw referrer URLs, IP addresses, emails or visitor identifiers in these counters, and do not use cookies or local storage for this measurement. Repeat loads count separately; this does not measure unique people. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs to deliver and protect the service.

Saved trips and maps
When you save a place, My trip stores the selected place IDs and day numbers in this browser. No account is required. Remove individual stops from My trip or clear your browser site data to delete them. Shared links contain the selected itinerary in the link itself. The interactive map loads OpenStreetMap tiles only when you request it; its provider receives the connection data needed to deliver the map. OpenStreetMap: privacy.
We also count aggregate actions: creating, saving and downloading plans, starting walks and opening the trip map. We store only day, city, action type, language and a general source label. We do not send saved places or personal identifiers. These counters do not track individuals or confirm bookings.
