Plaza Mayor y Casa del Arco
Plaza Mayor gathers buildings from different periods around everyday life. Compare the town hall with Casa del Arco, the former council seat: a historic square was not created in one single campaign. The carillon brings Cervantes, Don Quixote and Sancho into the urban setting. It has its own operating times, so do not build the whole visit around an immediate performance. Find a quiet spot to study façades and movement.
